We are the Quevedo Ramírez family, we have been in Easton for 30 years. Our love for the matriarch Lupe's cuisine made us not give up on being able to one day open a Peruvian restaurant in the area. For reasons, it was not possible until November 2021, but we arrived with a lot of love and effort. Pesca Perú offers an authentic culinary experience that cannot be found anywhere else in Pennsylvania. The papa a la huancaína was a burst of flavors, and the bistec a lo poor was simply delicious. The restaurant's atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. A true Peruvian gem!
